Aftersale Services: If you have any technical issues with our product or even if you believe that the  product you received is defective, please first call our Telephone sales rep at the first instance. Our team of experts will assist you with your problems and will also provide you with a helpful return  should  that be deemed necessary.

Return Policy: Within 30 days of purchase, we accept: returns, store credit and refund. You must first contact ur Technical Support Team/Customer Service to obtain an RMA Form. You must fill this form and attach it to the returning package. Returns without a properly filled RMA Form attached to the packaging will not be accepted. Returned product must not be defective (other than clear quality defects) and all original accessories and packaging must be in place to qualify for a full refund or store credit. Otherwise it will be at our discretion to either make a partial  refund or to reject your return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and buyer is responsiblefor any return shipping fees incurred in warranty claims. A 30% restocking A 30% restocking be assessed to the credit if the item is returned after 30 days or without packaging. CS LED Supply LLC is not liable for any installation mishaps and does not reimburse for any installation costs. CS LED Supply LLC will cover the cost of product if the product is defective within warranty time period,  but no other costs will be covered. Please be sure you are using an electrician for any installation to ensure the product has been safely installed.

Outside of the 30 day return period stated above, we only accept returns by reason of clear quality defects after Telephone Technical Support yielded no success. CS LED Supply LLC reserves the right to determine whether any Product is defective. If the Product is defected, CS LED Supply LLC has the right to determine whether to repair or replace the Product. Product will not be considered defective solely as a result of the failure of individual LED components to emit light if the number of inoperable LED components is less that 10% of the total number of LED components in the Product.

This limited warranty does not apply to loss or damage to the Product caused by: improper installation, mishandling, storage or maintenance damage, damages due to acts of God, vandalism, power surges, civil disturbance, improper power supply, abuse, misuse, electrical current fluctuations, or environmental requirements set forth by CS LED Supply LLC Spec Sheet. This warranty does not cover any third party products or accessories conjoined with the Product. CS LED Supply LLC is not responsible for labor cost or expenses associated with instillation or removal of Product  This limited warranty may not be transferred by original end-user purchaser except in connection with the sale of the installation site in which the Product was originally installed. This limited warranty is void if the Product is installed from the original installation site and moved to new instillation site. This limited warranty is non-transferable unless approved in writing by CS LED Supply LLC. In order to make a warranty claim, the claiming party must notify CS LED Supply LLC in writing within Sixty (60) Days after discovery of defect, provide purchase invoice and comply with CS LED Supply LLC other warranty requirements.
